The modular PrimaTech control system
|
The modular concept for tailormade control of electrostatic powder equipment. The perfected system easily fulfils all the important safety and technology requirements. The logical modular construction is not only easy to install but also easy to extend. The unit-by-unit expansibility of the system ranges from simple spray gun control through to reciprocators or gap/height control.
PrimaTech control concept
All the modules are clearly integrated in the central controls of the PrimaTech control unit. The powder discharge rates powder atomisation and powder charging of each individual spray gun are controlled from here.
Clarity of operation
The system can control both corona and tribo spray guns. The individual charge values for high voltage and friction charging can be individually adjusted for each spray gun and are easy to read off the display.
